Year in a
View:
·
Volunteering:
§ Scheduling
for students is hard to achieve attendance
§ Difficulties
may be in weekly/reoccurring events; rather, individual events would be easier
to organize in our regular meeting times.
·
Speakers:
§ We
want more speakers this year but some should be informative and educational
rather than just charities. We will try to find a balance.
§ Charity
speakers could give ideas on volunteering, events, projects. Eg. Evening to
Inspire Gala Dinner by Young Entrepreneurs Society.
§ Fill
every second week with a speaker and have a layout for the first semester, then
ask members what other speakers they want brought in.
·
Meetings
§ Meetings
are updates to all members, committees plan and organize projects and events
and come to general meetings to address all members about the events, while
previously organizing it all in a committee meeting.
